I am an InterNACHI certified professional home inspector ready to inspect your home (for maintenance or as a seller) or your prospective home (as a buyer). Thermal imagining performed at all inspections! I offer additional services like ME state-approved water testing and radon testing, among others. Ask away for your specific need!
Owner Representative
I represent owners on jobsites to ensure a quality project even when you cannot be there to oversee. As an industry professional, I read plans well and am knowledgeable about construction standards.
